Future Pathways
RATIONALE
The "Future Pathways" scheme has been developed to provide an ENHANCEMENT of the KS4 entitlement curriculum for identified students.
The scheme seeks to enhance the curriculum by offering students a range of additional opportunities and experiences to develop their skills and improve their learning.
Future Pathways has been designed by practitioners to respond to the needs of those students who are under-achieving at KS3, and to re-motivate those who are "disengaged" or disaffected. As Future Pathways is a FRAMEWORK, its approach can be adapted to the needs of other student groups as well.
